ETF
ETFs are foreign exchange-traded funds whose securities are traded on an exchange. Through a brokerage account, you can invest in all securities included in the corresponding index. In addition to stocks, an ETF can consist of a set of derivatives that are specially selected to track a specific financial index or commodity.
The main advantages of ETFs:
- ETF funds are traded like regular stocks
- access to international markets from a standard brokerage account is open
- wide diversification.
